For a decade, Crestone Homes has been a home builder in communities across Southwestern Ontario, including Drumbo, Woodstock, Tilsonburg, Innerkip, and Norwich. Over the years, we have worked on both the repurposing and conversion of buildings and thoughtful new-home developments.

Meet the Crestone Homes team:

Osman Dogan

Assistant General Manager

Osman Dogan has been a builder in Oxford County for over 10 years, alongside Amer. He started his career as a site supervisor before transitioning to the Operations Manager of the company, and is now the Assistant General Manager. He specializes in residential homes but has also completed several commercial builds. Osman prides himself on his commitment to high-quality builds, direct communication, and effective scheduling and organization. Outside the job site, he volunteers as a board member of the Woodstock Business Improvement Area.

He is a nature enthusiast and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.

Amer Cengic

President

Amer Cengic entered the construction and development business in 2016 with an ambitious project: converting a vacant, century-old school in Ingersoll, Ontario, into apartments for seniors. This project, along with subsequent others, demonstrates his passion for preserving the original charm of older homes and buildings in Oxford County. Under his leadership as President, the company has successfully delivered over 120 residential units. He prides himself on maintaining high safety standards and effective communication.

Outside of work, he is a coffee and soccer enthusiast who enjoys spending time with his wife and children, and his two young grandchildren always keep him busy!

Julia Andic

Quality Systems & Engineering Coordinator

Julia assists with coordinating residential development projects from the planning stages through construction. She works closely with municipalities, consultants, utility providers, and trades to keep projects organized and built to a high standard. She enjoys digging into the details and finding ways to improve processes throughout development and construction.

Outside of work, Julia enjoys tackling logic puzzles and crafting.
